It is customary to receive notifications in our iOS team of invitations from Facebook friends to download and play with applications, and is due to developers who use this technique to promote themselves, in exchange for gifts within the application itself, the best example is Candy Crush . Many times these invitations, almost always annoying, arrive without clear knowledge of who sends them. This practice has been successful to drive the download of many applications, but I consider it unethical.
I bring a small tutorial to block those invitations and stop receiving notifications, without blocking the Facebook contact.
Launch the Facebook app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on the More button in the bottom navigation.
Tap on Settings — it’s all the way at the bottom so you’ll need to scroll down a ways.
Tap on Notifications.
Tap on Mobile Push under the How You Get Notifications section.
Uncheck Application Requests and Application Invites.
Keep in mind that this blocks requests from all apps, not just games.
